1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the REIT platform you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to hold digital assets and invest in real estate instruments. You are responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful where you live.
3. Nature of the tokens
REIT tokens represent a fractional economic interest in property-holding entities. They are not bank deposits, are not insured, and may fluctuate in value. Holding tokens does not grant direct legal title to underlying real estate.
4. No investment advice
Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Projected yields are estimates, not guarantees. You should seek independent professional advice before investing.
5. Risk disclosure
Real estate and digital-asset investments carry risk, including the potential loss of capital, illiquidity, and market volatility. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
6. Self-custody and security
You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. REIT cannot recover lost keys or reverse blockchain transactions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
