Information is used to operate the platform, process token transactions, distribute rental income, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and opportunities.
3. On-chain transparency
Token ownership and distributions are recorded on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain records are public and immutable by design; wallet activity associated with REIT tokens may be visible to anyone.
4. Sharing of information
We share information only with service providers who support platform operations, with regulators where legally required, and with property administrators to the extent necessary to manage assets. We never sell your personal data.
5. Data security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
